Sona Masuri/Mahsuri/Masoori high yield by Organic Shastra is a variety of rice which is very popular. It grows from two popular rice varieties - Gold and Mussoorie/Mahsuri. Gold is super fine grain. Mahsuri medium tall with small fine grains and very delicious. Sona Masuri is a medium grain rice grown extensively in the Indian states of Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka. It is softer than other white rice and has got a distinctive taste and taste in it. This makes food tasty and healthy for all age groups. It has an extraordinary source of protein and is high in nutrients.

how to cook:-

1. take 1 cup of hepesona mussoorie risin in a bowl and start gargling your grain in running water.
2. they should be washed until the water is clear, transparent and without starch.
3. then soak in 3/4 to 1 cup of water for 15-30 minutes.
4. after 30 minutes, strain them very well and keep aside.
5. bring 2 cups of water to boil in a pressure cooker with a tight-fitting lid. 1 cup rice, cover and reduce heat in the boil.
6. cook for 20 minutes or until the water is absorbed.
7. once the cooking process is complete, leave the cooked rice in the pan for 5 minutes.
