Bedmi Poori mix is used to prepare traditional Rajasthani Bedmi poori also known as Bedai. This is an instant mix and can be used without any overnight soaking. Empty the contents of Bedmi Mix powder in a bowl and knead a soft dough using lukewarm water. Keep the dough aside for 20 min. Add one tsp of oil and knead the dough again. If the dough is too hard add little more water to make it soft. Heat the oil in a Kadhai on medium flame. Roll slightly thick pooris and deep fry them on medium flame. Fry the pooris untill they are golden and crispy from both the sides. Frying on medium hot oil ensures that pooris are crisp.
